Wine & Food Pairing Invitation

According to Jim Scott, wine sommelier, pairing wine and food starts with an appreciation of the wine. So naturally the wine and food evening on February 18 will begin with a review of several wines using the five “Ss” of wine tasting – See, Swirl, Sip, Savor and Swallow.
