In compliance with the state’s emergency measures to reduce the spread of this enemy, we are closing our tasting rooms.

While it is frustrating to have to curtail our normal activities, we don’t want you to be frustrated because you can’t have your favorite wine. For the next few weeks, Ginkgo Forest Winery is giving free shipping for online orders of at least 6 bottles of our wines.

Go to our Buy Wines page, from there you can order a minimum of 6 bottles of wine and we will cover the shipping charges.
The site is set up so wine club members should get their club discount when they go to purchase regular-priced wine. Please let us know If you encounter any problems. Send emails to and we will get it straightened out.

Although our tasting rooms will be closed,

you can pick up wine from the Mattawa tasting room by making an appointment with Mike at 509-831-6432.

Wine Tasting

This past Saturday (April 18) the Winemakers Loft in Prosser held a virtual event. You can still see what happened by going to the Winemakers Loft facebook page and clicking on the Pre-Barrel Bash Virtual event. You will learn about the Horse Heaven Hills and Wahluke Slope viticultural areas. You will also meet owners of and winemakers for the wineries in the Loft as well as Bobbie Cat.
The event raised money for Heartlinks Hospice and Palliative Care serving Yakima and Benton Counties. Ginkgo offered free shipping on a three-bottle special (2014 Malbec, 2013 Barbera and 2013 Wildwood) with $20 of each 3-pack to be donated to Heartlinks. The special continues through the end of April. Please consider buying to help Heartlinks in their important work especially during this time of battling COVID-19.   Your donation will also be matched.
