Join us for our first event...

At the Walter Clore Wine & Culinary Center, meet Master Winemaker Michael Thiede and learn the process that goes into each bottle of Award Winning Ginkgo Forest Wine. This intimate experience is sure to be enlightening and thrill even the most seasoned Oenophile. Indulge yourself in a full 6-course meal from Culinary Master Chef Kate Platt Decadently paired with Artisan Ginkgo Forest Estate Wines.


Tickets are $80 and sold in advance thru any of our locations and online here. Space is limited to 48 (in tables of 8) .  Tickets include a full 6 courses of wonderfully created menu items paired stunningly with 6 of our award winning wines.

First Friday Event:  "Welcome to Spring"
Our First Friday Events are a wonderful way to experience our finest Award Winning Wines with some magnificent menu items, that you can recreate at home! Come meet Chef Kate Platt of Nana Kate's and take the receipes with you.


With warmer Spring weather comes Barbeque Season!  This event will include some fantastic menu items specifically designed to be "Cooked on the Grill" so bring your best "grilling partner" and enjoy!


Tickets are $25 and sold only in advance thru any of our locations.  Space is limited to 14.  Tickets include 5 courses of wonderfully created menu items (small meal portions) paired stunningly with 5 of our award winning wines and recipes of every menu item served that evening. 


Bring a friend and your appetite, menus include appetizers to desserts for you to enjoy.

Spring Wine Club Release Time!
Spring is here and so are some new wines for all of our lovely Wine Club members to take home and enjoy.  


Watch your email the middle of February for our Wine Club Announcement.  It will announce the Winemaker's Choice of wines for both clubs and the pricing.  It will also announce the dates of Pickup Parties taking place at both the Tacoma Tasting Room and Prosser Winery.


March 1st is the final date for any changes to your membership, then on  April 1st all  cards on file will be charged for the wine and pick up will begin!


We can't wait to introduce you to our  New Spring Release Wines.

Our First Friday Events are a wonderful way to experience our finest Award Winning Wines with some magnificent menu items, that you can recreate at home! Come meet Chef Kate Platt of Nana Kate's and take the receipes with you.


For this First Friday Event we will be serving 5 courses of"Traditional Irish Fair" paired wonderfully with Wine instead of Beer.  Yes, the Irish love wine too!
